1. Open the Events dialog box.

2. Select the event that will have offset events.

3. Either:

1. Select Edit on the event's popup menu.

2. Select New to create a new event and associated offset events.

The Event Properties dialog box opens.

4. Select the Offset tab.

The Offset tab of the Event Properties dialog box appears.

5. Use the buttons in the Offset tab of the Event Properties dialog box as follows:

New	Add a new offset event to the list.
Delete	Delete an offset event from the list

6. Enter the following information in the Offset tab of the Event Properties dialog box fields:

Event	Name of an offset event.
Offset	Time that should pass between the initial event and the offset event. If the offset event occurs before the initial event, make a negative entry; after, make a positive entry in an HH:MM:SS format.
