The folders that are listed in the CIMPLICITY Configuration Editor left pane (tree view) and apply to the selected viewer need to be mapped to the viewer.
Important: Make sure that the actual mapped drive letters are the same as the drive letters listed in the CIMPLICITY Configuration Editor.
