You can edit any existing procedure either through an object's:

Procedures Tab
Select Procedure in an object's Properties dialog box.
Select the procedure you want to edit.
Click
The Procedure Information dialog box opens.
Select the Actions tab.
The Actions tab displays the information for the selected procedure.
Make the required changes.
Click OK.
Events Tab
Select Events in the object's Properties dialog box.
Open the Procedure Information dialog box using either method:
Select a procedure in the list of
procedures displayed for the event; click the right mouse
button.
Select a procedure from the list
of procedures in the Action field;
click the button to the
right of the Action field.
Using either method, select Edit Procedure on the popup menu.
The Procedure Information dialog box opens.
Select the Actions tab.
The Actions tab displays the information for the selected procedure.
Make the required changes.
Click .
Note: If you edit a procedure, it will
be associated with the event if it currently is not associated.
