Click Edit>Global Configuration on the CimEdit menu bar.
The Global Configuration dialog box opens.
Select the General tab.
Check the following.

Navigation bar visible |
Makes the Navigation menu visible in CimView. Note: Navigation configuration provides the tools to include and exclude selected computers from using the menu or particular menu items. |

Navigation child bar visible |
(Enabled when Navigation bar visible is checked) displays the child bar. |
Note: During runtime:
An operator can hide or display
the Navigation bar(s), for screens that are included in the
navigation configuration.
All CimView screens, whether or
not they are included in the navigation configuration, will display
the checked navigation bars by default.
