CimView can include objects with an assigned variable whose value can be changed by an authorized user.
The event that triggers the action to change the variable value depends on the customized configuration, e.g. a Mouse Up event can trigger a Variable assign action.
When the Variable assign action is triggered, a Variable Assignment dialog box opens.
Enter a new value in the New Value field if the current value needs to be changed.
