AMLP_HIGHWATERMARK

For

Alarm Line Printer

Project

Purpose

To stop spooling alarm messages if more than a certain number of alarm messages are in the job queue for the alarm printer. When this global parameter is set to its default value, all alarm messages go to the spooler for the alarm printer. If you enter a number greater than zero (0), the AMLP program will spool alarm messages to the printer until the high watermark is reached. Subsequent alarm messages will be dropped until the low watermark, defined by AMLP_LOWWATERMARK, is reached.

Value

Number (of jobs in the print spooler)

Default Value
