Purpose

To change the default local time stamp to a UTC time base for all unsolicited messages coming  to a port. that have the time stamp embedded.

This applies to the following communications devices.

Modbus TCP/IP

S90 Triplex

S90 TCP/IP

Note: S90 TCP/IP is an As-Is feature.
