The type of login keyboard is controlled by a Windows Environment Variable.

1. Open the Windows Control Panel.

2. Click System.

3. Select the Environment tab.

4. Type LOGIN_KEYBOARD in the Variable field.

5. Type one of the following values in the Value field.

Value	Specifies
QWERTY	A standard qwerty keyboard
ALPHA	An alpha-numeric keyboard (A,B,C,D, 1, 2, 3…)
NONE	No keyboard just like standard login

If the environment variable is not set, Login defaults to a QWERTY style keyboard.
