When you are configuring ports, devices, and device points, most of the information required is identical to the information required for the Series 90 TCP/IP communication enabler (non-redundant).
The differences are:
When creating a Project, select
the S90 Redundancy
protocol. Note that when you select this protocol, the
corresponding Port has a protocol ID of S90_TCPIP_RED.
You must configure a Mode Address field and a Heartbeat Timer field in the Port
Properties dialog box.
Two TCP/IP addresses are required
in the Device Properties dialog box- one address for each physical
device in the redundant programmable controller pair.
