When you configure a new port for Smarteye Electronic Assembly communications, enter the following information in the New Port dialog box:
In the Protocol field, select SMARTEYE from the list of protocols.
In the Port field, select the communication port that will be used for Smarteye Electronic Assembly communications.
When you click OK to create the port, the Port Properties dialog box opens.
