The address format for System Data is:
S<LOCATION>
where <LOCATION> is 0 or 1 to select the Poll or Command point.
0 to select the Poll point
1 to select the Command point
Note: Exactly one poll point must be configured for each system
device.

Data Type is INT.
Elements is 1.
