You cannot add arguments to shortcuts on the Pocket PC version of Windows CE.

1. Create a shortcut to ThinView

2. Copy the shortcut to Windows

3. Edit the shortcut using notepad, each argument has to be enclosed in "

4. Update the length of the shortcut, this is the number of characters in the shortcut excluding the length value

5. Copy the shortcut back to CE
