If Debug_Bqm=1 is in debugbco.txt.

BQM:

Generates a debug file named Error_BQM_<ProjectName>_xxx.txt.

Places the file in c:\TEMP.

But of all these, only one file will be very big in size, which will help to drill down when the Jobs are stuck in the ACTIVE folder.
