Deleted item location is:

Not the end location

1. All items from the end location to that location are shifted by one location towards the head location and

2. A blank item is added at the end location.

A Delete by the user is not allowed for a blank item.

End location

A blank item is added at the end location.

Moved item location is:

Not the head location

Item movement is the same as if an item was deleted.

Head location

1. All items are shifted by one location towards the head location and

2. A blank item is added at the end location.
