DisplayRuntimeManager

This function will start the CitectSCADA Runtime Manager if it is not already running , otherwise it will just bring the CitectSCADA Runtime Manager to the foreground.

Syntax

DisplayRuntimeManager()

Return Value

0 (zero) if successful, otherwise an error is returned.
