Determines whether a list of current tags is loaded into the Tag Selection dialog when using the instant trend display. Having no tags appear in the selection dialog may be useful if your project has a large number of tags that takes a while to load. If the list is disabled, you can still enter known tag names into the selection field.
Allowable Values: 0 = tag list disabled
1 = tag list enabled
