Returns the name of the computer, on which the action occurred,
e.g. acknowledging an alarm. The field for the computer name is
limited to 47 characters.
If the project runs stand-alone (without network), this property
returns the name of the computer, where the project runs. In a
network this name can be a client, a server or a stand-by.
