Returns the number of the reactivations of the alarm. In the
project configuration the option with time reactivated can be set.
So a received and not acknowledged alarm only generates one entry.
A new occuarance of the alarm only sets a counter, updates the time
received and the status.
If this option is not used every occurance of the alarm generates a
new entry.
