Returns the identification of the user that acknowledged the
current alarm. The user logged in at that time is found out and his
identification is read. This is transferred to the object Alarm. If
no user is logged in, the user SYSTEM is automatically logged
in.
With this identification the user can be located in the central
user administration of the process control system.
