Summary:
If you change the name of a page only the page record is changed. All the associated database records are not changed. So these records are effectively lost to the system.

CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows Version 1.XX. 

Solution:
Citect Version 2.XX allows you to copy and rename pages from the new Draw package. To rename a page, start Draw, open the page you want to rename and save it with the new page name (use Save As). This will copy the page to the new page name. Then delete the old page (use the Open command, select the page and delete it with the Delete button).
