Summary:
If you shutdown Citect, the exit functions for the currently open pages do not execute.

CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available. 

Solution:
If a particular page exit code must run, call the code before calling the Shutdown() function.
