Summary:
The menu page may sometimes display pages that have been deleted in the configuration. This occurs because the menu page is generated at runtime (by locating compiled pages on disk). Each compiled page is contained in a file of the page name with extension RDB, eg TEST.RDB. If you delete a page using Draw, the associated RDB file is also deleted, and iIt will not show up on the menu page. If you delete a page in EDIT, the associated RDB file is not deleted. If the page is from an include database, the RDB will also not be deleted.

Solution:
To remove all deleted pages, delete the associated RDB files with the file manager. You may delete all the RDB files then regenerate them with a full compile.
