Summary:
If an digital array is used to trigger a digital alarm the alarm will never be trigged.

CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. This problem has been fixed in version 2.01 and 1.20 

Solution:
Use Version 2.01, 1.20 or later.
