Summary:
If you ack an alarm individually, the alarm is acknowleged on the alarm server you are connected to - but not on the secondary alarm server.

CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. This problem has been fixed in version 2.01 and 1.20. 

Solution:
Use Version 2.01, 1.20 or later.
