Summary:
If you are upgrading from one version to another the Install program will calculate the required disk space to install the new version of Citect without subtracting the disk space used by the current version. This may cause the Install program to say that there is not enough disk space to install the new version when there really is.

Solution:
If you are out of disk space for this reason you may delete some of the existing Citect files to reclaim disk space without destroying the upgrade data. You can delete all the files in the C:\CITECT\BIN directory, except CITECT.DSP (CITECT.DSP is an optional file in version 2.xx and may not exist). You will have to removef the read only protection before you delete these files (with the File Manager Properties command or the ATTRIB command in a DOS box).

Don't delete your database files or the CITECT.INI file as this data is needed to keep your current configuration. Just to be sure you should always backup your database before upgrading.
