Summary:
When a Citect server has been set up so that a remote user can dial up using serial NetBIOS (CiNet), Citect will poll the modem even though there is no remote user connected. This can cause problems when a remote user tries to connect. 

Solution:
If a "-m" is added in the special options field in the ports database for the serial NetBIOS port then Citect will only poll the modem when "CD" is high. This only applies to PCXi, MCXI Digiboard driver and the COMX (computer comport) driver, it will not work with the COMXi Digiboard.
