Summary:
If an analog alarm is configured with a "High" alarm and a "High High" alarm, when the alarm goes high the High alarm will be displayed then when the alarm goes to High High the High High alarm will replace the High alarm. 

Solution:
If you want an analog alarm to display more than one state on the alarm page at the same time, configure a separate alarm for each state. Each alarm would monitor the same tag.
