Summary:
The error message 'NetBIOS not Found' is displayed when Citect runtime starts up and the NetBIOS protocol is not found. Citect uses this protocol to communicate between its Clients and Servers. If you press OK to this error message Citect will continue to startup, however there will be no network communication. 

Solution:
If you are using Citect as a stand alone system, or you don't have a network, you don't need to communicate with other Citect computers. With this configuration, you can disable this error message by setting the parameter [LAN] disable=1 in the CITECT.INI file.

If you need to communicate over the network, check that you have a NetBIOS protocol installed correctly and the [LAN]LANA option set correctly. Check the online help for setup information.
