Summary:
If you have a guideline crossing an object, and you move the mouse pointer to the guideline, the arrow turns into the guideline movement symbol. But if you then click the mouse, the object is selected rather than the guideline.

CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. It has been found that the solution to this problem would cause too much overhead when you move the mouse pointer in CtDraw. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

Solution:
You can select the guideline by (1) picking it up where there are no objects, or (2) locking the object below the guideline or (3) using the Guidelines Dialog.
