Summary:
If I select text and try the rotate or mirror command it does not work. 

Solution:
Citect draw does not support rotation or mirroring of text. If you select a text object and try to rotate or mirror it, draw will ignore the request. If you need to rotate or mirror a piece of text convert the text to a bitmap and rotate or mirror the bitmap.
