Summary:
The following special options are supported by the TIWAY TISERIAL and TIWAY protocols. These options can be specified in the Special Opt. field in the port database.

TISERIAL, TIWAY

-sM Set HIU address to M, the default value is 0.
-mM Set maximum number of HIU to M.

TIWAY

-r Enable redundancy

Operation of the TIWAY in redundant mode is highly unstable and is not recommend by the Citect development team. The physical design of the TIWAY network does not support multi masters. The redundant mode tries to get around this problem, however due to limitations on the TIWAY network, reliable usage cannot be achieved. Use these options at your own risk - no support will be provided for this configuration.
