Question: I get the error 'Cannot Add NetBIOS Name <name> Error 13', what is the meaning of this error message? 

Solution:
This is a NetBIOS error caused when Citect tried to add its NetBIOS name at startup. The NetBIOS error 13 decimal (0x0E hex) is Name table full. This error means that the local NetBIOS name table is full (i.e there is too may local NetBIOS names). This may occur if the size of the name table is small. You can increase the size of the NetBIOS name table in the setup of the NetBIOS protocol. How you do this will depend on what Network and what type of NetBIOS you are running. This information will be available in your Network setup documentation provided with your network software. It is normaly called MaxNames or NumNames and may be stored in the PROTOCOL.INI or other network configuration file or dialog box.
