Summary:
Question: What happens if I use MsgOpen to open a message session to a server and this Citect is that server? 

Solution:
The MsgOpen will open just as if it was going across the network. A stub network connection is created that uses local memory buffers. Because of this you don't need any special coding to allow for this case.
