Summary:
Under some conditions the error message 'Citect low on Physical memory' will be generated even though there is enough memory free. This error message will be incorrectly displayed if your swap file is very large eg > 20Mb. 

Solution:
To get around this error reduce the size of your swap file. The swap file is configured in the Windows Control Panel '386 Enhanced' icon. See Q1197 for details on swap file configuration.
