Summary:
Under some conditions the I/O Server may hang when it starts up. The I/O Server will display the message 'Initialise client server' and then hang. 

Solution:
This problem occurs when restarting the KT driver. It has been found that the KT driver is unstable when it is restarted because it is not fully compatible with the Windows environment. To get around this problem you should always power down the computer before starting the I/O Server running the KT protocol.
