Summary:
CtDraw: Moving the mouse pointer with the arrow keys instead of the mouse doesn't work if the zoom window is the active window - but it does work if the toolbox is the active window. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 2.00. This problem has been fixed in version 2.01.
