Applies To:
  • CitectSCADA v1.00, v1.01, v1.10, v1.11, v2.00

Summary:
If the lan is placed into polled mode (with the option [LAN] Poll=20), Citect may crash on startup because it is sending the alarm data between the two servers. In polled mode, data packets may be received out of sequence, and cause oversize transaction packets. This may cause corruption of large blocks of data or General Protection Faults.

Solution:
To avoid this problem don't put the lan into polled mode. This problem has been solved in Versions 1.20 and 2.01.
