Summary:
If a CI file is the first entry in the LIBRARY.DBF, and a user-written Cicode function is the first function in the CI file, and an error occurs in that function, the Citect Compiller will GPF while printing the error. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
