Summary:
Under some conditions the COMXI driver may loose the interrupt from the com port. Under these conditions, it will stop receiving and transmitting characters. This can be caused by plugging the serial cable in and out while Citect is running. When this error occurs the COMXI driver generates the driver error 0xB. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

If this occurs, power down the computer and restart.
