Summary:

When installing Citect, the "AskPath" dialog box shows "\W\CITECT" instead of "C:\CITECT". If you correct this and continue, the second disk will fail with the following error "Severe", "Unable to decompress file: WINDOWS.CI$".

Solution:

The cause of this problem is that the install program cannot find the Windows directory correctly. This may be caused by having the incorrect path statement in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file. (For example if your path may contain \WINDOWS instead of C:\WINDOWS.) To fix this problem make sure your path to the windows directory contains a fully qualified directory path..
