Summary:
When you use the -t option with COMX driver you will get a delay just before Citect tries to transmit characters. This delay will cause the mouse to stop responding and all applications to stop. The delay is around 55ms and can cause performance problems and will make the mouse sticky and difficult to use. 

Solution:
CI has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 2.10. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.

If you must use this option then use a PCXI Digiboard. This option works fine with the PCXI Digiboard.
