Summary:
When using the Bailey protocol driver you may get slow screen update times and a high CPU usage. 

Solution:
You may improve the performance of your Bailey protocol my making the following changes. In the \CITECT\BIN\PROTDIR.DBF change the BIT_BLOCK field from 16 to 2048 for the BAILEY protocol and then recompile your database. In the CITECT.INI file make the following changes:

[Bailey]
MaxPending = 10 (Previously is 1)
Block = 128 (Previously is 2 bytes)

These above changes have been scheduled to be included in version 3.0. If you have this version or later you don't have to make these changes.
