Summary:
Question: When I try to use Citect on a Pentium 90 the I/O Server will not startup due to error on initialising genius card (101). If I use a 486 DX66 machine the I/O Server will startup OK. 

Solution:
The Pentium machine must be causing a timing fault with the GE Genius Card. Try to slow the performance of the Pentium so that it can initialise the Genius Card.
