Summary:
The AlarmClear() function clears unacknowledged off alarms as well as acknowledged off alarms. This function should only clear acknowledged off alarms.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.10, 1.11, 1.20 2.00 and 2.01. This problem has been fixed in version 2.10 and later.

 

Solution:
Use Version 2.10 or later.
