Summary:
The documentation for the function AlarmSumGet says that sField can be "HelpPage". This is incorrect the sField should be called "Help". 

Solution:
If you want the help page name for the given alarm use the field called HELP not HELPPAGE.

The documentation is correct in version 3.00 and later.
