Summary:
The error message "Macro at lex peek" is generated when the Citect compiler has encountered an error during a macro expansion. This causes the compilation to fail with little indication of the true cause of the error. These errors are generated when a normal compilation error is encountered during the expansion of a macro. For example while expanding a macro the name of a tag is unknown.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.00 to 2.10. This problem has been improved in version 3.00 and later.

Solution:
Using Version 3.00 of Citect for Windows should stop most cases of this error occurring. You may however generate this error under some unusual conditions. If you still encounter this error with Citect for Windows version 3.00 contact Citect Support.
