Summary:
The cicode string escape sequence are case sensitive - they should not be. For example "^N" does not work, while "^n" does work correctly.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.00 to 2.01. This problem has been fixed in version 2.10 and later.

 

Solution:
Use lower case escape sequences or upgrade to version 2.10 or later.
