Summary:
If you change the alarm thresholds via the function AlarmSetThreshold so that the alarm should go into the alarm state, an alarm is not generated until the value of the variable changes.

The analog alarm processor is optimised so that it will not check the value of an analog alarm until the value of the variable changes. This increases the performance of the analog alarms. However if the threshold values are changed then the analog alarms must be processed.

Solution:
Use version 2.10 or later.
