Summary:
If a file is opened in exclusive mode and you to a backup, this file will not be backed up and the backup will continue on without giving any error message. This will cause the backup to be missing this file.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.00 to 2.10. This problem has been fixed in version 3.00 and later.

 

Solution:
In version 3.00 and later if a file cannot be opened during the backup procedure an error message will be displayed so that the user knows that the file will not be backed up.
