Summary:
If a CiNet (LLC) session goes online and offline many times the LLC driver will eventualy run out of read buffers and stop reading incomming data. Once the LLC driver has run out of buffers all incomming data will stop and the CiNet will fail by every session going offline. This will occur after the maxpending number of DCBs (CTDRV_READ or CTDRV_UI_READ).

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 1.11 to 2.01. This problem has been fixed in version 2.10 and later.

Solution:
Upgrade to version 2.10 or later.
